Institutional Effectiveness Opportunities
Note: In the
course of its review of planning & effectiveness documentation for the University, the
Institutional Effectiveness Committee has a unique opportunity to view work of each
unit in the context of other units and the organization as a whole. From this
perspective, the committee may notice opportunities for the improvement of
institutional effectiveness on a broad scale that may be less apparent within individual
units. These opportunities are noted, tracked, and provided as feedback suggestions
to appropriate organizational units as a normal service of the institutional effectiveness
committee.
