Install & Access IRP's Strategic Planner

 

1.  Ensure that you on the Tigerworld domain within the SSU network (contact CSIT @ 912-353-5288 if you need help with this). You can log on to a machine plugged directly into the network or via a VPN connection.

2.  Click this link: http://irp.savstate.edu/strategicplanner/strategicplanner.exe (if using a browser other than IE right click and choose save target as... and then go to step 4.)

3.  Choose “Save” when prompted with a File Download - Security Warning.

4.  Select the “Desktop” in the “Save In” dropdown menu at the top of the “Save As” window and then click the “Save” button.

5.  Find and double click the Strategic Planner icon on your desktop. It looks like this:

6.  If prompted with the Open File - Security Warning, ensure that there is not a check in the box next to "Always ask before opening this file" and then click the "Open" button.

7.  After a brief loading screen you should see the Strategic Planner login form. Use the form to input your username and password and then click the "Login" button.

If this is your first time logging in and you are a Unit Leader contact IRP either via email or by phone at ext. 6880. If you are not a Unit Leader you may log in to this system using a guest login as follows:

username: stakeholder
password: stakeholder

Congratulations, you are now logged into the SSU Strategic Planner. From here, follow the on screen prompts and instructions to begin creating a world class strategic plan!
