Display 1130:  Regents' Test Pass & Fail Rates, by Year

For the following tables, students are "counted" as belonging to the academic year in which they sit for the Regents' tests.  For  purpose of this table, an academic year is considered to include Summer/Fall/Spring (June--May, inclusively) and is labeled by the calendar year in which the Spring term occurs. (Thus, for example, a student who might pass a test in the summer of 2003 is reflected in the data for the 2004 academic year.)  Students are considered as passing both the writing and reading tests in the year in which they successfully complete the second test.
