Display 2003:  Perceived Importance of IRP for Understanding SSU

SSU's office of Institutional Research and Planning conducts an annual "IRP General Effectiveness Survey" of its users and customers of record in the Spring term.  Results that follow are drawn from that survey.  In May, 2000, 103 surveys were distributed and 27 were returned within 90 days, constituting a 26% response rate.  [ 1= "Not very useful"; 5 = "Very useful" ]
